Bio
I am Zhangyue Shi, a data scientist at Bayer R&D Services LLC (Bayer Crop Science), where I lead AI/ML research projects applying deep learning, large language models, and agentic AI to accelerate crop breeding decisions at production scale. I architected and deployed a multi-agent AI research pipeline using LangGraph and Google ADK, and fine-tuned DNA language models (DNABERT) for large-scale genomic prediction. I obtained my PhD at the School of Industrial Engineering & Management with a minor in Statistics, Oklahoma State University, advised by Prof. Chenang Liu, where my research focused on data analytics-based quality assurance for smart manufacturing. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi`an Jiaotong University, China.

我是石章汋,拜耳研发服务有限公司(拜耳农作物科学)的数据科学家,主导AI/ML研究项目,将深度学习、大语言模型及智能体AI应用于大规模作物育种决策。我设计并部署了基于LangGraph和Google ADK的多智能体AI研究流水线,并对DNA大语言模型(DNABERT)进行了微调以支持大规模基因组预测。我在俄克拉荷马州立大学工业工程与管理学院取得博士学位(统计学辅修),导师为刘晨昂教授,博士期间研究聚焦于面向智能制造的数据分析质量保证。本科毕业于中国西安交通大学机械工程专业。
